My History & Culinary Approach

Ever since I could remember I’ve had a passion and love for food. When I was young I would watch cooking shows with my mom, and help prepare dinner for my family. Later I studied Culinary Arts and got my associates degree at Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge. Since then I’ve been cooking at restaurants, country clubs, and function halls around the Boston area. After years of working alongside great chefs from all over the world, I decided to venture off on my own.

I believe in scratch cooking. I’m not a fan of processed foods or preservatives. I only use organic or natural ingredients, and source from local farmers whenever possible. I am Servesafe certified in food safety and allergies, and take extra care when preparing your meals. I utilize classical French techniques combined with modern day technology to bring delicious restaurant quality to your home. I love to create exquisite and nutritious meals that fill your stomach and warm your soul. I specialize in American Comfort Food combined with Asian, South American, and Italian cuisine. I look forward to bringing my passion of food to your dinner table soon.
